Shipping Policy

Origin: Shipped from Hong Kong.

Processing Time: 2-3 business days.

Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent once dispatched.

Customs & Tax: Retail prices do not include VAT or import duties. Since tax rates vary by location, we recommend contacting your local tax authority for specific estimates.

Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan

Orders are dispatched via SF Express Courier.

International Shipping

Overseas orders are fulfilled via Hong Kong Post with tracking. Please note that customers are responsible for any potential customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the destination country.

Return Policy

To maintain quality standards, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Defective Item

If you receive a defective item, please email to dor.square@yahoo.com with the following details.
1.    Order number
2.    Item name & product number
3.    Description and clear photos of the defect
4.    Preferred resolution (Exchange or Refund)

Return Process
Upon receiving our confirmation, please return the item in its original condition within 7 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of wear.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of receipt. To ensure a smooth process, please include the original invoice in your return parcel.
